Hey guys. So I'm looking to buy some skiis for a trip to jackson hole but would like them to be able to preform on groomers some shallower pow and in trees in the east coast when I get back. Looking for them to be pretty playful and floaty too. I'm buying used and deciding between 2009 185 armada JJ for $250 and 2011 182 solomon czars. Both are mounted with decent bindinhs and are in good shape. I'm 5'11" and 150 lb. what do you guys think I should go with?

Although the jj isn't the ski for me I think they'll work better than the czar for what you want them for. I haven't skied the czar but it has a 44m turn radius while I think the jj is 16m which would work better if the trees you're skiing are tight. They performed pretty well for me and if you're looking for a light playful ski this is it. It won't be a hard charger, I'm guessing the czar is with the 44m turn radius.
