Replying to Frontflip pointers
So I went out to try some frontflips today and it didn't really work out. The feature I was on was sort of a drop but it had a steep slope up to it and I didn't have much time to prepare for the take off. I tried leaning back and then forwards but all that happened was me landing on my back one time I even leaned so far forward once my ski popped off, and still I landed on my back. Should I try jumping into it more rather than leaning forward and tucking? I also heard about a method wear you throw one foot back first and pop off the other and then tuck and I guess that helps make you flip faster but is that true? What's the best method and does anyone have any advice? By the way I can frontflip on flat ground and on the trampoline very well.
