What is the best placement for moounting on a twintip? Boot center or ski center or inbetween?

yeah, my fucking shop mounded it cked up and put holes in it now i have to get it mounted again, and when you say center mount do you mean that the middle of your foot is in the middle of your ski or what?

I saw a ski the other day that had a mark for boot center and for ski center both about four or five inches apart. I just wasn't sure what would be the best position for your actual boot center mark to line up to on the ski.

yeah, most people don't mount there skis true center.... it's only good for park and goin switch from what i've heard.

Depends where you're skiing... as I recently found out, skiing pow on a nearly center-mounted pair of 70mm-waist skis is not the greatest of ideas. On the mounting line, or 2-3cm forward of it, is usually fairly versatile.

well mine are a inch forward and there is, form the front plastic of the binding on the front 29 inches to the end, however from the back platic to the back of the ski it is 17 inches, yeah there really far back.
