Help with 720s

Hey, NS i want to learn to 720. ive done some 540s and was wondering if there is anything that helps to spin a 7.

Not really. just spin faster then fives I find them easier then 5's because you land forward not backwards. Just spin faster and hold the rotation longer. Thats all the advise I can give you if you know how to do 3's and 5s.

Think of it as two 3's instead of a 5 plus 180. Cause for a 5 you only really commit to a 3 then rotate your feet. So if you try to mentally add to a 5 you'll just eat shit.

I find that I have to throw my leading shoulder down more on 7s (compared to throwing a 5)to not land backseat

I just reread my last post and realized it was wrong with the lead shoulder talk. When you pop set the rotation forward. Sometimes thinking about popping off my toes helps

I can though so what I would say is spin faster and try and very quickly look at your landing at 360. This may result in less momentum, so not everyone does it.

Wider stance then 3's and 5's, just spin to win on a mellow jump.

The key is to really commit. If your comfortable with 5's throw a couple of those to get comfortable with the jump and then just go a bit faster and throw it. Also make sure you pop hard or you will land super backseat. But if you commit and pop you should be fine.

Do a lot of 540s first thn once you can do them in your sleep then just throw a bit harder on a jump a bit bigger. Air time helps soo much
