Would I recommend them?: Yes
Which ski?: Depends on what you want to do with them. FR is pretty much designed for pure park. Soft feeling tips and tails allow for easy butters and presses, stiff underfoot keeps them stable. Elliptical rocker makes them carve like a dream at almost any turning radius, and the symmetrical sidecut keeps the swing weight low and allows them to spin fast. The Kartel is more of an all-mountain park ski. A bit stiffer in the tips and tails than the FR makes them stable all around and allows them to power through crud. They still carve like a dream, but are not symmetrical meaning they have a higher swing weight and might carve differently depending on the mounting point. The wider platform will allow for easier surface swaps and more stable presses. Both skis are super durable and fast. The edges are 2.5mmx2.5mm of hard steel, the thickest, most durable edges on the market right now. The bases are 1.8mm (thicker than normal bases) sintered bases, meaning they go fast. And the sidewalls are UHMW plastic, stronger than the typical ABS sidewall.
