I have been thinking about this question for a while and I cannot seem to find an answer. The question is how do pro big mountain skiers become pro big mountain skiers. I realize they make their money through films and pro model skis and sponsorships but how do they get these sponsorships in the first place if they aren't competing in freestyle ski competitions like the xgames?
