Replying to Ar5 bases
I was riding my new AR5s for the second time this year. I only skied for 2 hours, and not very hard, but at the end I noticed part of my base was screwed up. Now I don't mean a scrape or anything, it looked like the base had been compressed upwards along the edge about 4' foreward from the binding. In wondering if there was a gap in the core, or the base was put on wrong to begin with cause I really haven't ridden them too hard yet. Will this overly weaken the edge or actual ski if I just have it filled with apoxy or something? Also, should I try and get them replaced since their obviously defective in some way. I just don't wanna wait all season to be able to ski, but I don't wanna get screwed if they snap or the edge breaks off. Thanks
