Mono Skiers in the park?

So I today I was watching the x games and mono skier x was on. The whole time all I could imagine was these guys hitting some park jumps, rails ect. and I was wondering has any one ever did this? I would think some of them have tried since most of the stories I herd were them loosing their legs going big in the park or backcountry.

A few years back at X the skier-x course overlapped with the big air jump at the end of the course. The idea was that the knuckle was the last part of the course. Pretty much everybody went around the jump and just pre-jumped the knuckle, but the leading sit-skier straight sent it off the booster. Like 80 feet.

He exploded on the landing and slid across the finish line on his side, but it was a glorious way to win gold.

When I was a lift op up at timberline there was a sit skier that used to 50/50 round tubes and send it in the half pipe. he even broke a ski in the pipe one day. Dude was fucking gnarly.

he actually stuck the landing, 2012 the guy who won silver ate it and slid across on his side though

We actually have two monoskiiers (not sit skiiers) that come out to my local mountain here in MI every once in awhile that hit the little jumps. Theyre decked out in ruroc helmets with huge camelback backpacks and all black everything. Trying to look hardcore af.
