Him and milbocker are making a miniseries about going back to their roots. Seen them riding around here and in the streets. Pretty cool to see pros in the midwest. Not something you usually see.

However they are not well appreciated. The snowboarders back here don't know who he really is, so are not really impressed whatsoever. He is really not getting the hype or respect he deserves.

Knowing Hornbeck I imagine him not giving a fuck and him just continuing to do what he does because it's his passion. He's not the type of person that seeks approval from others, he just loves skiing for what it is and his enjoyment of it.

This. He chylled pretty hard this summer. Mostly just filmed Shea's summer cut.

Yeah I hear ya. Hornbeck isn't really the type to look for handouts and one of the last people I can imagine trying to pull clout, although I'm sure he wouldn't mind some free tickets. He works hard and skis hard. He's a good dude, super down to earth and keeps it real as fuck.

He coached at Mt hood summer ski camp all summer and did a lot of causing thru public park, now he's posted up mid west.

I agree, some snowboarder yelled at him saying "you suck!!!!".... I was utterly embarrassed for all the snowboard and skier dicks we have on my home hill.

Damn that is a shame but not a surprise. Michigan is littered with douchy snowboarders. They are all a bunch of clicky hipster burnouts and are fucking everywhere. They have no idea that they are fucking with WRECKA

But to answer your question OP - he was in an ARcast from this fall that was shot in England. He has put out two of those edits with spencer, more on the way. A couple of weeks ago Nubs Nob let him and spencer build a rail jam set up and host a really fun afternoon. Also saw on his Instagram that he purchased some property in MI.

Cannonsburg is full of douchey snowboarders that just block every line that you try to hit. It gets sickening after an hour or so. I always make the trip upnorth to Shanty Creek to avoid it. I live in Holland and literally drive past the sick features at Cannonsburg just to avoid the assholes. We used to kick the shit out of jerks like that.
