603powIs anyone else annoyed with the commercials that New Schooler's puts before videos. It has been annoying me a lot recently. It is definitely a buzz kill when I am tryna watch a 15 second video clip and I have to sit through a 30 second commercial just to watch it. When I am on NS I want to be able to browse videos and topics fluidly, and seamlessly, and the superabundance of commercials denies me this right. I am just tryna keep it real and help out all of the bros who suffer this problem.

Mr.BishopNote that we also share ad revenue with our top producers. The guys we don't are all getting sweet, sweet producer Karma which will help them qualify for revshare in the future.
As others said, the ads are what keeps the engine running here. We keep working for a balance of the best amount of ads vs. watching ratio - and sometimes we biff on that. Right now we've done a good job of getting varied ads, but we're still a bit heavy on the rotation.
We'll get it right one day.
