This past weekend I landed pretty hard on flat ground on my feet. I skied on it for another hour and the pain was pretty unbearable so I just went in. It was my left foot, like by my heel, and kind of on the outside of my heel (left side). I let it rest for a couple days, but yesterday it snowed and I used the rail in my backyard and I aggravated it again. I don't know whats wrong with it, I sort of thought it was a growth plate injury of some kind, or maybe just a bruise. Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone ever experienced this?
