I'm a senior in high school and I want to go to a community college in Tahoe before transferring to a 4-year university. The availability of jobs and places to live, the skiing, and of course, the quality of the school are important factors for me in deciding where to go. If any of you guys have gone to either of these schools your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Look on the school's websites and see what classes each offer you. From what I know, LTCC has a lot more course options. I know people who had to drive to Rocklin twice a week for courses they couldn't get in Truckee for Sierra College
Let me put it this way... anyone going to either of those schools are in many cases just going to college to stay on their parents healthcare and/or appease them into thinking they are working towards something and aren't just smoking weed and skiing all day.
