Almost nothing he says in this State of the Union will ever get done (not that he ever actually gets anything done) because there just isn't enough time left in his presidency. That's always been the case in past presidents and the State of the Union with only 2 years left. All he is going to try to do is pass some massive tax bill and other things that he and everyone else knows won't get passed because it won't ever get through the House or Senate.
