I've always struggled with this- what do i do? if i wipe them clean then apparently i ruin the anti-fog coating, but obviously i need to wipe them clean to get down the mountain...
i just got new goggles and unfortunately had to gently wipe the moisture off the inside after the fogged up during a tram ride. Now they fog more easily....what do I do?

I literally never touch the inside of my goggles when they are wet. If they fog badly I will ride without them and get to the lodge to let them evaporate. Once dry I will give them a cleaning. If your goggles are fogging generally you are setting up your gear wrong somehow (like having your facemask cover your nose and go up and into your goggles. This allows moisture from your breath to more easily get inside your goggs.)

I absolutely hate thiss.. I've had this problem on every single goggle ive ever owned, though to a lesser degrees with Smith IO lenses. Ive started carrying around extra goggles in my pocket for storm days.. bulky pockets suck
Do turbo fan goggles really help this problem? Turbo fan, spherical goggles are pretty darn pricey.

Best way is to let evaporate or wipe with google cloth... Im pretty sure smith sells something to prevent this like snow eraser or something but idk if it works on indside of goggles. And i dont think turbo fan would do much to solve this issue as thats more to deal with fog build up on outside of goggles.

Guys your best bet really is to layer properly and try to get a helmet that is meant to pair with your goggles. A good matched helmet/goggle combo will reduce fogging substantially,

Ive got some spys and The Smith I/Os what I do when they get foggy is just pull them from my face and let the air come in. It works for me...

If my I /Os get wet inside because I ate it, I dry them in the har dryer in the bathroom.

It just happens. Extra lens helps a bit, but usually the culprit is the foam getting wet, so when you pop in a new lens, it will fog again. Really, the best option is to make sure they are completely dry before you use them again. That and have an extra set with you. Smith turbo fans are super legit and don't fog, but they are pricey.

NEVER wipe. Ruined a good pair of Crowbars back in the day.
I'll usually ski to the lodge and blot the water with a napkin very lightly then let them air dry.

ALWAYS DAB DRY OR AIR DRY THE INSIDE OF THE LENSE WHEN WET.
Turbo upgrade in the IO/X Would get rid of the fog build up inside.
You also might wanna check your helmet doesn't block the top vents of your google if it get stormy. I have normal IO/X but never have had probs with fog but I would rarely ski in those conditions.
