Lip on or switch on

did you personally find it harder to learn switch on or lip side on to a rail?

switch lip is scarier but it isn't harder, especially if you already learned lip on, but switch tails is by far the scariest of all

I suck dick at skiing switch, so switch on takes the cake.

Switch tails first is the hardest an scariest of them all

If you're talking about regular lip then definitely that is easier. If you just focus on getting your tails high and over the rail probably not much will happen other than coming off early.

Switch on is soooo hard IMO.

Could be because I just learned it this season...


Also depends on what rail your hitting

I feel like this should be obvious. Switch on is a lot harder because you are looking over your shoulder and rotating a different direction on to the rail vs. a lip on where you have to lift the backs of your skis up so you don't clip the rail when you get on.

Switch lip is a pretty natural feeling, switch tails is a lot wonkier but looks dope.
