Just had this happen with my ex and I was living with her for 5 years. I don't know what to do either other than be incredibly angry and then I pack a chillim, smoke, calm down and think about it in a more calm way. I took a hike yesterday to think about life in general.
I been through this before guys. 5 so years ago my chick left me for a fiend of mine after 5 years. It was fucked, took some time to get over it for sure. But in retrospect just like most the terrible things in life, it all happens for a reason. Guys if this is what happened it means that it wasn't meant to be anyways, which means the best is yet to come. Go get some strange, get close to your friends again focus completely on yourself for a while and before you know it you find a chick that will blow you away. Just remember if you dont respect yourself, no one will respect you. If you don't love yourself then how could you possible love another. TAKE CARE OF #1. That bitch doesn't define you.
Fuck that shit man, I had that happen to me with my ex this summer. Nothing really hurts like that does. What I've come to realize is she obviously wasn't who I thought she was, and that better things will happen in the future.
Don't date those money-suckers. Most men end up completely whipped by their girlfriend or wife. I wouldn't get stuck in any relationships. Women just boss you around and tell you what to do.
I have had this happen to me before(more than once), and I think the worst thing I did after finding information like that out was... I can say I kinda feel bad about it now, but I arrived all over both pillow cases smeared it in and then left(also I knew she never did the sheets on our bed that often so I bet it probably went unwashed for months[Don't judge me she had been cheating on me for months and even slept with the guy in our bed and didn't wash our sheets after{This was also the first time a girl had cheated on me}]).
What I would recommend people do after they find out they have been cheated on is this. Do you really love the person you're with and do you think you can ever trust her the same way?(by this I mean right away do you think you will be able to let your significant other out without wondering who they are with and if they are breaking your trust again. If you honestly can then give it a go) Most will say no, because well lets be honest when trust is broken it's almost impossible to get back.
So after you have asked yourself that important question and it is a flat out no, then I would suggest packing up all of your things(do it while they are out if you live together) and just leave. Never explain it & never talk to them again. Keeping in contact makes it more difficult for yourself. The fastest way to heal is to cut them out completely and end it for good. If you share friends you can definitely keep those friends, but just don't talk to them about it if they were her/his friend first. Who I would suggest you talk about it too is either your really good friends or brother/sister if you are close with your siblings. If you can't move out right away and you are still living together see if a friend will let you crash on their couch, or anything of that nature. I just recommend getting yourself out of the negative situation so you can start healing right away. Finding out more details will only hurt you more TRUST ME! The best is to just make the cut and move on. If she/he tries to call you just ignore it. If you can change your number right away do it. You can save yourself this way. only reason to keep the ex's number in your phone is to know what number not to pick up if they try and call you.

If she does not seem sorry then dump her right there, she's not worth your time.

I was sort of in the same situation a month ago. Except she never slept with the dude for all I know, just texting. I was an idiot and decided to keep it going to see if things could heal, but they didn't. So I caught her again, broke up with her and bailed.
She's gonna try to say sorry and make up for it, then get mad and rationalize to herself why you made her cheat on another dude in my experience. Just stay strong in your decision, and respect yourself is the number 1 thing.
Everything that's been needed to be said has, just focus on healing and respecting yourself, then move on with life and go do fun shit you enjoy.
The right girl will come along. But know that if it ever got to cheating in the first place, trying to repair it or giving it a second chance is foolish and unrealistic.
