rozboonIf your shop is super legit they might be able to get you a liner in a different half-size - most boots use the same shell for, say, 23 and 23.5 and just change the liner.
If they can do that, I'd get a pair of 23's and a 23.5 liner for the larger foot then punch the shell on the 24-sized-foot side.
