How many days do you guys have so far on the mountain this season? How many days would you consider to be a good season?

MTPOWI don't understand how anybody could be over 30 already. Do you guys not have jobs?!?

I'm at 14 but some of those are half days.


lots of places have been open for about two months now. If you work at a ski area/ live near the hill, it's not that crazy to have 30 days at this point.

yeah, most resorts out here have been open since the week of nov. 18th.


honestly, if your goal is to ski a ton, then go for it. but yeah, its not that hard to understand, people like myself are very fortunate to have relaxed, full-time school schedules allowing us a few days or so in the week to shred. its great.

I'm at 6, 7 tomorrow and that's with being out from December 7 tell yesterday with broken ribs and a collapsed lung

Only got like 15 or so this season so far but I did around 70 this summer so I'm not that worried. I'll get plenty in. Had a little 2 week break to see some music, clear my head and moved across the country. Just getting back in the zone. Will probably be on the hill 5 days a week till mid april. Will definitely get 4 a week for work.

I have 4... Between a broken wrist, pneumonia, and like less than 6 inches of snowfall this has been my worst season out here on the ice coast. Really hoping my season picks up for the better in February.

I second that. My home mountain (watchusett smh) has only man made snow and it really sucks out there

Pretty achievable goal and sounds like you're well on your way.

I'd like to do a 100+ season again but not sure it'll happen. If I'm working 5 or 6 days a week somewhere again maybe but otherwise idk. I just don't get out as much any more on days off. I like working because I can get some laps in and get paid. If I'm just cruising it's generally with friends or on pow days. Also with my latest brain breakage I get tired easily and just don't feel like doing more than a few runs many days.

Kind of lame considering I was at my hill every day and night growing up. The only one on the mountain sometimes. When it was - 30 and only the bunny hill was open I was still out there.

I guess I'm just happy to still be as passionate about the sport in general. I like building more than riding sometimes now but i still love being on the hill, taking some laps, and just being in it.

Hoping I can get healthy/stay healthy and shred it up a but more but regardless every day you're on the slopes, even the crappiest ones, really aren't that bad at all. Mountain life > normal life.
