DeebieSkeebiesdo you enjoy driving a while to get to some good skiing, or would you much rather have it within under an hours drive from your doorstep in SLC?
4got to elaborate, my tablet sucks. anyways, i think lots of more people are starting to come to SLC versus denver. people are catching on that mormon land is not that fuckin crazy and the skiing is good. obviously holidays are a shitshow anywhere, but ive seen a lot more people skiing in utah, and choosing utah over colorado due to the fact of how easy it is to get in and right out of the resorts. especially families, ive met tons and tons of families that have chosen to ski PC this year over their typical CO trips they take because they like how easy everything is to get to out here. not to mention you can budget the fuck outta your trips when staying in SLC.
Skiing is just becoming more and more accessible to people, I think. I know vails charging 120 dollars to fuckin ski, but thats not stoping people from buying tickets. I think more people have a bit more money than recent years allowing them to do more shit in their freetime. its really only a matter of time before every ski hill in america is like an iceburg with a bunch of penguins huddled all about. these were without a doubt the worst holiday crowds ive ever seen in Utah, and i think its because people are getting a bit tired of dealing with CO bullshit on the holidays.
