I have 2014 volkl kinks and the bindings are currently mounted traditionaly. Is it possible to have them center mounted, even though the bindings are already mounted as they are?

Yes, its called a remount op.

Most ski shops will remount bindings if the skis have never had bindings already remounted on them before. I would recommend taking them to a resort ski shop, they tend to be better at working on skis than independent ski shops and actually the prices are usually the same, at least that's how it is where I'm from.
