Thoughts on camera sliders

Hi all,

Basically - might anyone be able to suggest something cheap and good? I've not used one before but I'd like to, so any opinions would be appreciated.

At my work we use the Kenova K2 slider, really solid slider, smooth, quiet, and the build quality is phenomenal. Little up there in price, runs close to 300$ but you can't beat it, its one of the best mid level sliders out there highly recommend it. This is the link to it on amazon.
