Sending in a Pole

Ok, I had my St Croix rod (mojo bass) in the bed of my truck and my bed cover came down on my rod when i was driving home, (i know Im a retard) does anyone have experience with st croix warranty/ shipping poles???

Look at their warrany page. If its not a defect i believe they charge 50 for a new rod
