K2 Shreditor 102 or Line SFB?

Both are solid skis but from what ive heard the sfbs kill it everywhere so thats where i would look.

As someone skiing on the shreditor 102, sounds like the Bacon's are for you..

I consider it more of a "wider park ski".. SUPER, SUPER soft, buttery, playful.. with some inherent instability in choppy stuff.
I do enjoy it very much

Another vote for sfb, they have a rounder flex which is better for all mountain skiing imo

can't go wrong though, both super fun skis

What year Shreditor model? I recently purchased the 2014-15 Shreditor 102 and I've come away extremely impressed. Yes, the rocker is quite significant, but for what I do, the ski is perfect. I would consider the 13/14 Shreditor 102 a wider park ski, but the changes to the ski have been significant over the past year. The tip and tail and extremely buttery, which is something I was looking for since I come from a park skiing background and prefer to treat the entire mountain as a park....but the underfoot of the ski is significantly more sturdy then I was expecting. That being said, because of where I spend the majority of my year, I was in the market for a ski with an underfoot closer to 100 rather than 110. I'm 5'8, 160 lbs, and I opted for the 184 model instead of the 177 model. I wanted something longer for all mountain to handle higher speeds and crud...if I were to purchase these for strictly park, I would have purchased the 177.

My home mountain is Killington and even when I'm charging, the ski has surpassed my expectations when hammering at high speeds. I've taken the ski through the park, woods, cliffs, and steeps, and I've come away super impressed. Yes, the ski will chatter because of the all mountain rocker and buttery tail and nose, but I've never felt unstable regardless of how fast I've gone. K2 has made me a convertor because of these skis. I won't be on another brand for the foreseeable future.

I'm riding shreditor 102's right now. Took them to revy and I fucking loved them, they literally handled everything, the only time I had an issue was when I was riding seriously deep snow, while trying to make some tighter turns in trees. Other than that I am literally without complaint, you can take these things anywhere, rip groomers, park, crud, powder etc. That being said I've never ridden SFB's but they seem like a bigger ski so really that would be the main factor, bigger and better in deep stuff or smaller and more maneuverable/playful.

I also have a pair. Pretty much this exactly... But they are a ton of fun.

LOVE my shreditor 102s. But for you I'd go with SFB's

How are the Shreditors in the park?
I'm looking for a ski that can shred the park but also hit some of the deeper stuff and these seem damn good for value and sheer fun everywhere..
I ski Head JO Pros at the moment and I love how stable and fast they are but want something a touch more versatile and buttery!

If you are skiing park a lot and the deeper stuff, definitely pick up the 102’s. They are pretty soft but not too soft. Hence, they are stable and if you put effort into your lean they can butter fine.

Though the 102’s are not going to be as good for the deeper stuff as the sfbs.

So the 102s will are reasonably good in the park too? My worry is hitting rails on them and wrecking the skis...

The sfb are the bomb ski. I love them.

Hitting rails on any skis will wreck the bases. If you want them to last longer detune the edges but not crazy if you are using them all over the mountain.

Yeah, the 102’s do quite well in the park, I’ve seen a few edits where people slay on them. I’m not sure but the 2016 102’s might be different than the 2015’s. I think they are lighter and they don’t have the rivets.

The SFB’s slay and are very fun and responsive too, I just think you’ll like the 102’s more.
