What's the biggest jump youve built in your yard? We just got 2 inches of snow in southeaSt michigan, so I built a sketchy ass 20 foot jump out of cinderblocks and wood and covered it with snow, detroit krazy karl edit style. Gonna hit it tomorrow for the first time (no skool: cold day for -20 windchill lol). Post pics of your proud backyard creations and Ill post the pics tomorrow and maybe an edit If it's a good sesh

30ft gap jump on my neighbor's yard. Measured it. Cased it first hit.

I'm working on a good one on somebody else's land across the street. It's about a 30° hill with a 200 foot runway. I could get a pretty big gap out of it.

Inb4 you spent all that time building it and actually only have enough speed for a 5 footer.

God luck though.

Not sure but we built some pretty big stuff for snowmobile tow ins. Also had friends that had hills. In flat backyard biggest was probably like 10' if even.

Haha no worries op will deliver. Only thing that I'm concerned about is whether I'll be able to enjoy it in sub zero temps

Looks like 10 feet... That flat 3 was uh.... not flat, nor a 3. Look more like you were going misty. Gotta huck your skis over your shoulders rather than spin more.

I promise it's 15 lol. I kinda think the problem with the 'flat 3' was I need to keep looking. I think i got to the right angle but I wasn't looking over the shoulder enough and stopping the rotation at 180. The skis over shoulders is a good tip tho.

You would have landed on your back if you did a flat three halfway... That was a slightly off axis three, thrown forward.



Try to throw it back! It will be easier to get around as well, because its with the natural motion of the jump.

Do you guys think that jump has enough pop/airtime to get the flat 3 around? I feel like it'd be easier on a bigger jump

I built a really small lip, but it was on my roof. No Pics unfortunately, because camera malfunctioned when I was hitting it. Started at the peak of the roof and skied down to a flat roofed addition on the back of the house. I built the lip at the edge of the flat addition. It was about a 9 foot drop into the back yard. We got enough snow one year to build a small landing hill in the back yard. I was able to do 3's, 1's and switch 1's off the roof into the back yard. The switch 1's were fun. It got really warm and melted before I could have another session. I've always wanted to build it again, but we haven't gotten snow like that since.
