Sup AT NSer's.
I bought a pair of '14 Salomon Guardian 16's in a size large, which is listed to accommodate boots within a 305-360mm BSL range. I made this purchase based upon an old pair of boots I have that have a BSL of 310mm.
Long story short, those boots are shitting the bed, and I recently purchased a pair of Dalbello Panterra 120's which run a BSL of 308mm in a 26.5 shell which is actually a size smaller than my previous boots. I've been told that it's common knowledge to try and stay away from ends of the spectrum when it comes to frame touring bindings, so "accidentally" moving closer to the smaller end has me a little worried.
Should I still go ahead and mount these with the Dalbello's considering they are still listed within the stated range? Will I face any problems in doing so? Or should I look into trying to trade a shop for Guardian smalls?
