It's dumping out there. Dude should be out enjoying it instead of bitching about not being able to access the really gnarly terrain. Brings up a question I have though: Is there still good/somewhat deep snow in the normal parts of bridger (not ridge terrain)? I'm taking a trip out there last weekend of January. Coming from Minnesota I don't have a transceiver and I won't buy one. I'm wondering if I should go to big sky or bridger. I don't care much about a park, I just want to get on some fun terrain with nice snow.

snow and terrain are amazing right now and will only keep getting better. you can always find some fresh in bounds but if not i think you can rent a transceiver for like $10.

Rent one and if you have the money you can take a tour of the ridge. I did it and it when i was 14 and it was pretty fun. If you dont know where your going up on the ridge you can find yourself lookin at some pretty big drops

I thought things like this only happened where they charge 159$ a ticket. Hmm guess not.
