dude just figure out that all you ever have to do is look at formulas and then set up equations in a way that manipulates the units so that you have the correct kind for your answer. then, as long as you can add, subtract, multiply, and divide, you will own quantitative chem.

You kids must be very young, this shit took me all of 1 minute to figure out:-

q = m * c * (Tf - Ti)
where: q=joules , m=grams , c=J/g*C , T=celcius

q = 62 * 0.130 * (24.3 - 99.1)

q = -602.888 J

q = 0.60 KJ (with appropriate significant figures)
