How to make my home mountains park better

So i ski at blandford ski are youve probably never herd of it but its like the oldest ski club in north america. And are park crew consist of one guy named rob, and volentear help from all us. We have a couple rails and some boxes but it seams like we only put up one or to of them for the whole season. And are park has no flow theres no sweet lines and the one jump we make we cant put a lip on because of are inshurance. And we cant get a bigger park staff or any new rails because were a ski club and were broke af and in debt. Sooooo im kinda stuck here and help?

if you only have two rails that you put in and you can't build jumps, I don't really know what to tell you. YOu could try making some more creative features, like a pump track, a butter pad or a wallride (idk if that counts as jumps)
