Hey guys... I am fairly new to park skiing, and actually fairly new to skiing in general, and am having trouble with a couple of things... First off, I feel like I can barely pop, and therefore have trouble with things such as spins and 2's on. So, how do you guys suggest adding a bit of height to this? Next, when I watch video of me hitting rails and such, I feel like I never really look good. I can do the rail just fine, it just looks like shit. I don't know if this really comes down to just being comfortable on the rail, but how can I try to look a little better on a rail? Thanks...
I had the same problem of looking good. practice hitting a rail and bending at the knees and grab your boot/ski, but try to keep your upper body as vertical as possible. Also, make sure that you pop on and off the rail. Try and stay calm and keep your arms as silent as possible. They can generate spin and stuff, but keep them from flailing
