So long story short I was up riding in Scotland last week (Aviemore - CairnGorm mountain if you're interested).
Found powder but to get to it I had to take a very rocky run in which has played havoc with my bases, deep gouges everywhere with one of the gouges going right down to the metal under the base near the edge.
Luckily I only took my old park skis as I kind of foresaw this happening. I'd still like to repair them though, can anyone tell me if this can be fully rectified and if so how do I do it myself/how much would it cost to have a ski shop repair them?
Cheers in advance, Ed
