Best mountain near Seattle

Whaddup newschoolers,
My dad just told me he has a business trip in Seattle and wants to make a ski trip as well with me. Wanted to see if I could get some help on picking the best mountain close to Seattle. Willing to drive 3-4 hours. I'm from pennsylvania so I have no clue about the area. Thanks guys!
