Critique my "Demo Reel"?

I decided to make a "Demo Reel" out of all my favorite shots of 2014 and here is what I made up! I know my sound could be better, but I got my Rode mic after I filmed all of these shots! I have only had my DSLR for about a year.

All critiques are appreciated! (Color, sound, editing, composition...)

It's not bad but here's a few things I'd change considering you wanna make this into a demo reel:

-The shot of the car drifting is totally useless and isn't helping your demo reel, it might be funny or cool in a ski edit but here it just kinda breaks the deep-ish vibe you created with the other shots.

-When the audio is bad sometimes it's better to take it off (for example the mountain bike shot)

-Your follow cam shots for skiing are stable and in general nice but try not too cut so much of the skiers.

All great tips! I'm not planning on changing it now that I've finished it, but I will be learning from my mistakes! Thanks for the help.
