Outward Bound

I'm thinking of doing one of their rock climbing programs in either Joshua Tree or Montana.

Have any of you done any Outward Bound treks of any kind - thoughts, experiences, pos/neg, advice, anything?

Dude, go on one of the programs where you get a school credit, its mad fun, you get a credit, bettert han summer school, you usually get amazing marks, and its a suepr experience. I went on the 3 week canoe trip, very good. Gets you jacked too.

yo, dude, outward bound kills! did one in 2000, up in ThunderBay. canoe for a month, pretty intense

i did a sailing trip in Washington. it was FUCKING AWSOME. seeing the back of whistler was a tease though. damn it was fun! like when your doing it, mostly it is fun, and there will be times that seem hard or whatever, but looking back, those times jsut made it that much better.
