Recording automatically stopping

So when I'm recording on my Canon t3i, it sometimes automatically stops when the camera is too still. I checked a few forums and they have said it's the memory but I'm using a sandisk extreme 30mb/s 32gb card. I just bought a 64gb 90mb/s PNY card on Amazon. Will this fix it or is it a feature I can turn off or something wrong with my camera?

You need a card that is class 6 or higher and you also need to make sure to format your card periodically.

I only use class 10. When formatting, do I need to reinstall ML?

When you format the card you do not need to reinstall magic lantern. Ml automatically makes sure that it is not deleted off the card.
