Mounting pow skis

If I'm hitting backcountry booters and landing switch or even just skiing switch should it be fine leaving my bindings mounted at the suggested freeride placement or move them to the freestyle placement?

It would help if we knew the skis and the different mountings that you are considering.

They are a pair of 2011 head jimi's. I have them at -4.5 right now and I was wondering if I should put them at centre mounted
