Replying to Colored backcountry goats?

So I have seen a lot of colorful backcountry goats lately, however I don't know where people are getting them. I have seen blue green and red ones. I couldn't figure it out so i talked to a gearhead on backcountry about them. They guy talked like he knew what I was talking about and said it was no problem and that I would get one in the mail. 3 days later I just got another white backcountry goat sticker. Anyways, how and where do you guys on NS get these colorful backcountry goat stickers
