I am pretty new to park and can do 360s and 540s. I can do mostly every rail except kinks and S or C rails. I can do rails that go up rails that are flat and down rails. I slide left foot forward and eventually I should be able to slide both ways. I am not the best at rails so should I keep practicing left foot for ward until I'm good and then practice right foot? Or should I mix in right foot a lite and practice that while I am still practicing left foot forward. Thanks

practice sliding rails both ways. As you get better, you will need to be able to go weak foot foward for switchups and other tricks. AThat being siad, continue to work on your strong foot too. Eventually you will be able to use both wyas on any rail in the park (with enough practice.
When i first learned rails, i was in the same situation that you are in now. However, i read a thread on newschoolers on this subject and began practicing with my weak foot foward. when it was time to learn switchups and more advanced tricks, i was thankful i did.

master the left foot forward then master the right foot forward. Then, if you're a crazy bastard, you can move on to mastering THE SWITCH.
