Sennheiser MKE 600 in the cold?

What's up guys, so I finally splurged and got some actual sound gear recently for video work, and I'm wondering about appropriate use, if you will. I have a sennheiser mke 600 and an adapter into a 1/8" so I can plug it straight into the camera when I don't need a boom/recorder, and it works well, but how much of a risk am I putting it at if I take it on the hill? Will the cold damage it?

The cold will not damage it. It's just like any other electronic, keep it dry and you're good to go. At work we use sennheiser wireless mics in all conditions and we have some mic kits that are 8 years old so quailfy equipment holds up well.
