Lel, noob. rodeo is when you do a Lincoln and spin opposite way as the flip. Flatspin is a mix of backflip and lincoln

What I like to think ( may not be right ) for a rodeo I throw my knees over my shoulder, for a flat spin I start with doing a backflip then dip my shoulder, from there just sort of think about how they go around
