Has anyone published a book? Did you do it all yourself, ie' getting isbn numbers, listing it for sale, handling the distribution? Or did you write it and offer it to distributors? Use the fast track companies that get it on Amazon and handle printing for you?
I have a book that's 80% ready to go in indesign and I'm just looking to read some experiences to help figure out where to take it from here.
