ianoSKII was wondering if there are any tips for curing this while at home. Not tips for what I can do while skiing cause I haven't been skiing because of the pain. Thanks!
ski-hippieyou get shin bang because your shin is hitting the front of your boots over and over. This is either from your boots being not buckled, too tight, or your flex being too high. Ice your shins to get rid of the bruise and take some advil before you ski.
shin-bangsave yourself a ton of money... and dont buy full tilts. im sad to say ive been there and done that... go to a GOOD bootfitter, and get a boot that fits you well. do not just buy fulltilts, as i tried that and still got shinbang and toe bang. GO TO A BOOTFITTER
