onenerdykidAre you a shop employee or someone who was given a proform/discount card? Either way, you should be working through the shop for this solution. It's also their busiest time of the year right now, especially the sales reps, so just take that into account.
The.DoctorSo after trying to contact K2 through reps, emails, phone calls, I have been left un answered for about 3 months now. Back about 5 months ago I was given a prodeal card from my work for a pair of K2 skis. The prodeal password has coming up as invalid and after trying to reach them not even getting an answer back after 3 emails is getting kind of old. Has anyone else had to deal with something similar or knows of any other ways to try and contact K2? Would be appreciated. Reps names are Kirk, and Dan.
freeballerPro deal is a privilege. Calling out the company and reps by name isn't going to get you anywhere. That's the deal with pro form, you sometimes have to wait a long time and send a few more emails, but the trade off is that you get a screaming deal that the public can't.
