Replying to Shipping Delays and Strikes

I ordered my new skis through my local ski shop a few months ago in mid-August. I was looking forward to skiing on some new Line Afterbangs this season, however, I have yet to even receive my skis. Apparently there's a huge strike and work stoppage on the west coast and product is being held in the shipping containers and the workers are refusing to even open the containers. So I sit here today without any new skis. Anyone else have this issue?
