Yes, you all are, and me too.

Sure the past few days events have been horrible, what with the tsunami and rising death toll and all, but come the fuck on people, there have been many other problems in the world that have been almost as bad, and no one has said or done anything about it.
Think of civil wars in Africa, where minorities get wiped out because of a conflict of interest. Sure it gets publicized, but i dont see you little whiny whore *cough*chewbox*cough* going on about how we dont have any sympathy and that we aren't caring about them
Also, floods happen all the time in that region, however, it takes being almost personally involved having fellow citizens dead for you to take notice.
come on people, get over yourself, sure its a tragedy, but look at yourselves, this is hypocrisy at its greatest.

ok, im a hypocrit because i feel sorry for all the people dying in Asia. Who ever said i dont feel sorry for the people dying in Africa. I seem to believe that there are a ton of organizations trying to help Africa. Can you really spend all your time feeling sad for the less fortunate, or should you think of their misfortunes and be thankful for yours? How about you stop telling us what to feel and stop trying to sound like such a huge humanitarian.
But what do I know? I'm just a skeevy stoner.

me? a huge humanitarian? ha..thats a good one...lets see, according to dictionary.com, you are saying i am a philantropist. now, i haven't donated any money anywhere, sure, i felt sorry when i saw the images on tv, but that is about it. As i have said before, millions of people die everyday, this is just a slight increase.

wow dude. when something in the world deavstating happens, of course people are going to be sad. it would be the same if you lived in europe on september 11 and you said 'yeah that's bad but come on get over it' people would be pretty pissed. just show some respect htat so many inncoent people died in a recent tragedy. it's not like these threads are going to go on forever

just for the record, i already said i was a hypocrit in my first post on this thread.
secondlyim really just trying to show a different view on this.
From the eyes of foreigners, we can be seen here as only aware of our interests, as many of the dead are tourists, whereas in other disasters many have died, but they were mostly natives, and from one day to the next we forgot about it.
