H'okai, so, here's de earth...no not really...
i went to the orthopedist today abotu my wrist which i hurt in april. Now, when i hurt it, the trainer at school said it was just a sprain, it would heal, even though i told her i heard something when it happened...
So today i got xrays, and lo and behold, i have a broken fuckin wrist. now, i have to get surgery, involving taking bone form my pelvis and graffing it with a steel rod in my wrist. this blows, i don't want to do it until after the ski season, but if i do it too late, it wont heal in time for summer, and i wont be able to get a job. also, i have to do some shit at school i'm committed with my life to that ends in feb. before which i cant be injured...so yeah, i'm gonna go bash the trainer's head in...maybe that'll make me feel better
this is the first goddamn broken bone i have ever had, and im going to have to be in a cast for 3-4 months. at least its my left hand and im a righty..but still, has anyone else had this problem, any hints on how to get along minus a hand?
