swillyEat it, then you will no what its like.
parkplaygroundall in the confidence. if you dont want to land that trick, then its gona be alot harder to actually land it if you half ass it with uncertainty.
I had this problem today actually. I was working on lip 2s but last weekend I had a solid left lip 2, but my right lip 2 (natural) was terrible and I almost ate shit every try because I wasn't feeling the trick, so I didn't really want to try it out of fear of hurting myself.
This weekend I went out and just told myself I can land that shit, And it absolutely worked.
freestyle requires a strong mental aspect for you to really progress. be confident and positive about the new tricks and I promise they will come. Be afraid and hesitant, and you will hurt yourself.
CoreyTrevorBy eating it. The best quality about things like skiing park is that your adrenaline carries you through pain and you will live off of stoke. I think most people will say the feeling you get when you're about to say--throw a backflip, is a lot worse of a feeling than the feeling of actually catching your tips and landing on your head. At least you did it, and you'll be hungry to try it again until you stomp it
When I played hockey, we had drills where two people would skate head on full speed in a race for the puck in the middle. Seems fucked and just asking for injuries especially considering it's just practice, but what it teaches is even the nastiest hits may not be as bad as you think. And that's hockey--I think the stoke with extreme sports is even more exciting
