Yeah I would say it is. It is pretty warm and doesn't get as cold and frozen as a cotton hoodie because it is fancy fleece material

i got this hoodie on backcountry for less than 85$. I got a XXL because i thought a XL would be to short. Nope I'm 6'and this hoodie goes half way down my quads(i have long legs). Go with the XL unless you like the baggy look(like me). Like someone else said it's surprisingly warm. I wear underamor, a slim puff jakcet and the stacks over it. I've never had a problem.

Worth the money

Awesome to see all the helpful members chiming in! We don't have much to add -- the hoodie is definitely long and meant for riding.

Phil, Andy, Will, Logan, Goepper, Marty B, etc. all wear the Stack without a coat when skiing. It'll keep you warmer and dryer than most, but definitely doesn't compare to one of our prime 20 jackets when it comes to waterproof / breathability / insulation.

Hey i just got last years rhyme jacket in an xl what would be the best size stack to wear underneath? I would think xl as i want it to be semi baggy as i could wear just that later in the season or earlier, any other options for hodies under the jacket?

How tall are you? And do you like it when your hoodie is longer than your jacket?

We'd recommend a Large! Our marketing and content coordinator is 5'11 as well and wears a L Stack under his L B-Dog when riding, and it just barely peaks under the jacket.

Does this setup fit weird at all? I'm thinking I'd like to get a stack to go over my TNF Thermoball insulator for warmer days but the idea of wearing a hoodie over a jacket is strange to me.

I will stand by Orage until the day I die. Their product is BOMBPROOF. I have been using the same pair of Baltimor pants for about 5 years now, and they only just started to tear a tiny bit around the cuffs. I only bought a new pair of pants this year not because I needed to, but because I wanted to switch it up a little bit and add variety.

its a insulated jacket minus the hood. It works for me.

I got mine recently, worn it skiing, rolled around in the powder outside my cousins cabin in it and it stayed pretty dry. Definitely worth a buy

I have a L Sarg and a L Stack, the large stack is the same length as the l sarg, it is flush with the jacket when I wear both... Hope this helps

Just found this thread. I was hoping to find out if orage had any more hiding in inventory? I've been wearing the green/gold in a large for 3 seasons now and as my regular hoody. The stains are no longer appealing and I need a new one but can't find it :,( it's been my favorite hoody forever.
