Replying to Shop didnt center mount.

Ive never had this problem happen before because i always got them mounted at a different place, but i made sure that they knew i wanted them true center. A week later I get them back and without checking i take them home. When i got home i noticed that the boot arrow was pointing at 2cm back. I signed a paper at the shop saying that I gave them permission to work on my skis. The skis were never purchased at the shop, but the bindings were. So I'm wondering if they are going to refund the money and buy me new skis or if I am going to have to buy new ones.
