Iphone video app?

Yo I need a app for my iPhone where it lets me pick vids from my camera roll and put them in a little 15 second vid. Something I could add music to would be nice. Also free would be nice. Thanks!

Ps I've tried a lot of apps but most aren't free or don't keep it simple

Well portrait was free but not square or landscape. Need something that puts landscape vids into a square for Instagram

Splice is pretty sick. Just pop it into Instasize at the end so you look like you know what your doing.

YouTube video capture and square ready tv is what I use. Splice is better but I don't have the space on my phone for it.
