Replying to Starter 16mm camera?

I've been wanting to try film and I finally want to make a purchase. I know it's expensive.

I've searchbarred and didn't find much info.

I'm thinking about getting a Krasnogorsk K-3 as a starter 16mm camera. Anyone have any thoughts on that, or advice?

A camera that costs about $200 or less would be perfect.
